Eugenio Di Gianvito is the CEO and CTO for the Wind & Solar division in NVA. He also holds the role of CEO in the ATS Engineering and ATS Power<\/a> entities.<\/p>\n

Since the 1990s Eugenio has been employing his established engineering skills within innovative projects in the field of ecological transition. His 30 years of experience in the field of industrial plants and renewable energy has ensured that, to date, he is recognized as one of the best professionals in the wind energy sector in the Italian market.<\/p>\n

Alessandro Marchesini holds the role of Chairman at NVA; he aims to further strengthen sustainable energy solutions and deliver long-term value to stakeholders in both the energy and financial sectors.<\/p>\n

A professional expert specializing in corporate finance and strategic planning, he was the Head of Corporate and Financial Sponsors\u00a0Italy at Santander Corporate and Investment Banking in Milan. Prior to that, he was involved in Mid-Corp Coverage and worked as a Senior Banker for the Rail, Metals & Mining, Capital Goods, Aerospace & Defense, and Agrifood sectors at Cr\u00e9dit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank.<\/p>\n

Marco Sartor as is the General Manager of NVA. He leverages his expertise to support the company\u2019s growth as a new Independent Power Producer (IPP), driving the development of new projects and accelerating its expansion.<\/p>\n

A graduate in Engineering from the University of Padua, he brings extensive experience in the energy and renewable energy sectors, gained through roles at companies such as Enerqos, BP Solar, Prothea, Energie Valsabbia, and Sistema Rinnovabili. Most recently, he served as Managing Director of TRUEnergy, part of the ICON Infrastrutture Group, where he developed a strong strategic and industrial perspective on the renewable energy market.<\/p>\n
